ACAYSER
ACAYSER was created in 2011, in northern Peru. Our company is based in Sechura, a province in the Piura region that has a wonderful natural environment and located in front of a splendid bay under the warm sun of the region. ACAYSER was born from a family with a long tradition of fishing, following in the footsteps of our ancestors who, with their artisanal boats and working with their own hands, began to develop the scallop production technique.
Today we continue the legacy of our ancestors, working diligently at each stage of the process of production of our scallops. We pay attention to every detail, from the cultivation of the scallops, to their harvesting and processing in our plant, until they reach each of our clients. More than a company, we are a big family. At ACAYSER, we are always committed to providing the best care, quality, and service.

Since 2011, ACAYSER has dedicated to the cultivation, processing, and commercialization of Peruvian scallops. We have highly trained and certified personnel throughout the entire processing of our products. Today, we offer our clients the following presentations: Roe off scallops, Roe on scallops, Half shell scallops, and Smoked scallop roes in vegetable oil.

certification. HACCP is a management system that is focused on maintaining food safety through the identification, analysis, and control of external hazards.

With more than 8 years in the national market, and always working with innovation and responsibility, ACAYSER received from the evaluation and qualifying committee of the National Confederation of Merchants (CONACO) the award for BUSINESS EXCELLENCE 2019. This award was given to us in merit of our outstanding work and
business success. We have a great team that allows us to meet the
standards and demands of our clients.
ACAYSER, with the help of CITE Pesquero Callao, is the first Peruvian
company to develop a value-added product with scallops. For months,
we worked hard with culinary specialists, thus creating our product
“Smoked scallop roes in vegetable oil”. Adding to its delicious
presentation, the high-quality of this protein-rich product is
guaranteed

Smoked scallop roes in vegetable oil: Elaborated with high quality standards, we developed the rst value-added product with scallops. Net weight: 120gr. Ingredients: scallop roes, soybean oil, salt, and black pepper. Expiration date: 3 years from production.
